Drum box: Due to improper placement of empty flexitanks, violent shaking of the container, or use of non-standard containers, etc., the outside of the container box may even rupture.
Strengthen customer guidance and rationally use flexitanks; at the same time, strengthen communication with transportation companies and rationally operate container flexitanks to reduce the risk.
Unloading residue: As the inner layer material adsorbs on the valve port and causes blockage, some goods cannot be unloaded. Or the inner layer material ruptures, and the cargo penetrates between the inner layer material and the outer layer material, making it impossible to unload the cargo.
This problem mainly occurs in multi-layer Flexitank, and single-layer Flexitank can be better solved.
Scale requirements: storage tank equipment is required at the receiving and dispatching site;
Liquid temperature requirements: some liquids need to be heated, and Flexitank are difficult to operate;
Environmental temperature requirements: Due to the characteristics of PE materials, it is difficult to operate at temperatures below minus 15 degrees;
Separate storage requirements: Flexitanks after loading must be combined with container operations.
