Company Profile Delta Air Aviation Company is a private company, established in 2002 and was officially registered at the Civil Aviation Authority. The company head office is located in Khartoum 2, Abdelfadeel Almaz street, The office is well equipped with the necessary facilitating equipment that are necessary for loading and lifting of the cargo consignments. These items include scale, fork-lift, packing material and truck for transporting of consignments from any location in Khartoum to airport; and from airport to any location near Khartoum. The company is well staffed with two dispatchers responsible for: a. Supervise and attending to loading of cargo consignments into the planes. b. Ensure that consignments are well packed and are placed in secure place at the airport. c. Ensure that all cargo shipments are signed with destination tag, name and phone number of recipient. d. Obtaining complete documentation necessary for shipment of any cargo. e. Clearance of cargo shipment from airport, and ensuring that it is received in good condition. f. Delivering cargo shipment to the nearest accessible point to the airport, if the point of destination is not accessible. g. Ensuring delivery of consignment to the receiving person/office in timely fashion. The company is also providing delivery services, at the airport of destination, or the nearest point by the available means of transportation. The company can also provide services of: 1. Land transportation to any destination accessible in the country and abroad. 2. Quality packing of fragile and electronic or electric devices that need special care. Handling of all shipments including those requires special handling services. 3. Custom, security and any other clearance that might be required. 4. Door-to-door delivery services for all items. The company has an established and efficient network that enables it to get access to all types of planes of different capacities and variable destinations
