Maria Perez Bellido: Cargo Services was set up in Madrid in March 1988 as a global transport enterprise focusing its activity on air, sea & land freights. We soon began expanding, and to this day we have opened offices in Madrid, Pamplona, Barcelona, Comillas (Santander), Havana (Cuba), Gdynia (Poland), Panama, Mexico City and Dominican Republic.

In Cargo Services we are experts in Freight Forwarding, Project Division, Chartering and any other kind of logistics solution to all our partners.

Maria Perez Bellido: Today, Cargo Services is a company with a solid structure formed by staff with extensive experience, which are constantly developing and improving on a professional level. Our main objective is to always be prepared to offer the best service that caters to the needs of the market and our clients.

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Maria Perez Bellido: A personalized customer service; a range of guaranteed services; and a pricing policy adjusted to the market. To this end, we have qualified staff that are continuously trained, and accredited suppliers both nationally and internationally.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Maria Perez Bellido: The counties in which we are placed and our Company are well prepared to provide the best logistic solutions. Currently we are out of Covid-19 Lockdown, as both import-export and logistics companies are considered essential companies. We are 24/7 available and ready to provide our assistance to any request.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Maria Perez Bellido: Globalization itself and the emergence of new needs in international logistics have led us to create Cross-Trade (triangular shipments), Cross-Docking (cargo consolidation), Freight and Project departments.

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

Maria Perez Bellido: To seek freight forwarders through a safe and trustful platform and offer logistics solution services to global partners to build long-term cooperation relationship.

JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?
