JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

Chester Tong: The core-competitiveness is to offer creative solutions to traditional logistics needs. We have learned that meeting customer demands and developing creative and cost effective shipping plan foster our partnership with our clients.

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Chester Tong: We take pride in having a highly skilled staff of supply chain and logistics professionals. Our team put our shoes in our clients’ position and utilize the best transportation strategy.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Chester Tong: With the global pandemic and recent social unrest, there is likely a recession in U.S. and we might face one of the most difficult of transportation cycles. Now, as cities and municipalities reopen at different speeds, we are hoping to restart the success with economy won't be too long. 

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Chester Tong: As our global industry constantly change, MSL continues to anticipate and adapt to these changes. We are not hesitant to innovate and learn new markets and develop mutually with our freight partners.
