JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?

Mr. PETER KALU: CFF Global Forwarding Limited is a world Class Freight Forwarding Company formed in 2016 to give back to the society or bridge the missing gap in freight forwarding world…hence we are known as a ONE STOP CENTER IN NIGERIA.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?

Mr. PETER KALU: Experience, having worked in so many Freight Forwarding Companies over the years has created a niche for CFF Global Forwarding Limited. Timeliness (speed) safety, Adaptability and good pricing have been our watchword.

JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?

Mr. PETER KALU: (1) Honesty

                               (2) Ability to see the bigger picture

                               (3) Efficient and Effective problem solving capability

                               (4) Adaptability

                               (5) Being a contingency planner

JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?

Mr. PETER KALU: Government negligence on the seaport is a huge concern. Containers in and out of the Seaports especially Apapa and Tincan spends weeks which causes delay and high cost of transport.

We have excellent services in the air industry especially in Lagos and Kano.

JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?

Mr. PETER KALU: (1) Regular attendance of conferences

                               (2) Active participation in all GCP/JCTRANS activities

                               (3) Following the rules and guidelines as required in partnership/relationship with fellow members

                               (4) Excellence in service which will bring about referrals.

                               (5) ETC.

JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?

Mr. PETER KALU: The membership strength (A look at the number of members will tell you that there is a bright future for any member here.

JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?
