    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company?
    John Thinh: HAFA TRADING & LOGISTICS CO., LTD (HFA) was founded in 2017. We are fully licensed by Vietnam Government to perform all your Logistics and Shipping needs throughout Vietnam and over the world.
    With the concept of our whole team, we provide a first-class, highly capable and adaptable transport management solutions and all kinds of highly value added integrated logistics services to the Small and Middle -Sized Enterprises(SME’S ). We take care of your most valuable goods as if they were our own.

     

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness?
    John Thinh: FCL / LCL / Project cargo / Reefer cargo / Special cargo / Hazardous cargo / Customs clearance / Truck service


    JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?
    John Thinh: Communication is the is the base to a strong – so having a team with wide experience in freight forwarding and that understands what your clients are looking for, being able to communicate with them the right way and with all the details that are expected on each shipment or request – this helps build a strong net of clients and gain their loyalty – by showing them we care and are there to assist them on every way possible.


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?
    John Thinh: Logistics industry especially during this time of pandemic in VN is very challenging. It really affects the activity of Import and Export of goods due to global pandemic. However, situation is getting better, and expect to growing fast after lock down. 


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?
    John Thinh: All of the Staff of HAFA travel quite extensively to meetings and conferences to promote HAFA services and proficiencies as the agent of choice in Vietnam. And by joining Global Logistics Association like JC Trans – GCP membership to penetrate not only the international market, but also the global market, and to be competitive on our line business.

     

    JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
    John Thinh: We decided to become a GCP member for the financial protection afforded to us as well as the fact that GCP members seem more reliable in their business structure and ethics and are businesses we can truly partner with

     

    JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?
    John Thinh: Building a relationship takes time. It is like investment in stocks and shares. Meeting the client and talking to them often, understanding their requirements, caring for their business as much as we care for ours helps to build a bonding between HAFA and the clients. We always keeping in mind that our main job is to give our clients the best service at all times, with the respect and understanding each one of them needs.
