    JCtrans: Would you please make a brief introduction of your company? 
    Mr Max: AGX Express phils Inc  is one of the leading Intl freight forwarding company here in Philippines . We have 8 offices across Philippines  intl AIRPORT and Intl Port . We  have  3 warehouses located at MNL ,SUBIC and CLARK  FREEPORT ZONE . Aside on general freight forwarding services ,AGX PHILIPPINES are specializes to handle AOG /time criritcal cargoes  as well as project cargoes. Today we just secured the Philippine Government funded project called MANILA -CLARK RAILWAY . We have live contract until December of 2023 .


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your core-competitiveness? 
    Mr Max: AGX Philippines have personalize services to all our customers and business partners worldwide. We have 24/7 operations and dedicated AOG  team to assist the time  critical cargoes aside on normal shipments.


    JCtrans: What do you think is the most important thing to run a logistics company?
    Mr Max: On time communication to clients and overseas partners , competitive rates and excellent customer service and operations .


    JCtrans: Would you please talk about the situation of logistic industry in your country?
    Mr Max: Competition are really  very stiff due to many multinational companies setting up their operations  here in Philippines . The treat of shipping companies  offering  direct service to clients where in we the freight forwarder has to capacity  to compete with shipping companies . Aside on this  there is  rate fixing between shipping companies now due to covid 19 pandemic  , then there is shortage of container movement globally that affect vessel schedule and turn around time that resulted to port  congestion globally.

     

    JCtrans: Would you please talk about your strategy to explore foreign market?
    Mr Max: Working closely your strength to overseas partner to develop the  business and lanes for mutual sales  benefit . Develop two way business to build stronger partnership .


    JCtrans: What is the reason that makes you become a GCP member to develop your business?
    Mr Max: To be one of  the  business model of  every company/business partner to work with passion and dedication to develop more business  for our the mutual benefit and  build stronger business relationship .  


    JCtrans: How do you maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with your clients?
